| 1. | In accordance with the official letter from Chihlee University of Science and Technology, Chihlee Foundation for the Advancement of Education, dated March 19, 110 (2021), reference number: Chih Wai Mao Yuan Zi Di 1100000218. |
| 2. | Since 2019, the New Southbound Languages Teaching and Certification Center of the College of Business and Trade Foreign Languages at the university has jointly organized the "International Vietnamese Proficiency Test" with the Department of Vietnamese Language, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. |
| 3. | The aforementioned test is graded according to CEFR standards. The certification is recognized by Taiwan's Ministry of Education as proof of Vietnamese proficiency for scholarship examinations and is also acknowledged by Vietnam's Ministry of Education, holding international credibility. |
| 4. | The Vietnamese proficiency certificates will be jointly issued and signed by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, and this university. |
