| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration's letter No. 1100030256 dated March 25, 110. |
| II. | To commend teachers in public and private senior secondary and below schools nationwide for integrating ocean education issues into various subject areas, encourage teachers to form professional learning communities across schools and disciplines, and conduct innovative cross-disciplinary thematic teaching in ocean education to enhance students' ocean literacy, the National Education Administration has formulated this implementation plan. |
| III. | Key points of the aforementioned implementation plan are as follows (please refer to the attachment for details): |
| (1) | Eligibility: Public and private senior secondary and below schools nationwide. Each school is limited to one team (cross-school teams are not subject to this limit). Each team should consist of 3 to 6 teachers. |
| (2) | Categories: Divided into elementary school group, junior high school group, and senior high/vocational school group. Each group will be evaluated separately. |
| (3) | Schools wishing to participate should submit the registration form (as detailed in the attachment) and relevant documents (hard copy and CD) to the bureau for processing by Friday, June 25, 110. |
