| 2. | The aforementioned training is scheduled to be held on April 17, 110 (Saturday) at Zhuangjing Elementary School in the city. |
| 3. | For this matter, please grant attending personnel official (business) leave for that day. As the training coincides with a weekend, the Bureau agrees to allow compensatory leave within one year after the event, provided that classes are covered by other teachers and no substitute teacher fees are incurred. |
