| Subject: | Attached is the implementation plan for the "11th Taoyuan City Calligraphy Competition". We encourage individuals registered in Taoyuan City or students of all levels in schools within the city to actively participate and assist in promoting this event. |

| 1. | In accordance with Document No. 1100028399, dated April 7, 110. |
| 2. | This competition is divided into the following 5 groups: (1) Elementary School Lower Grades, (2) Elementary School Upper Grades, (3) Junior High School, (4) Senior High School/Vocational School (including the first three years of five-year junior colleges), and (5) University/College and Social Group. |
| 3. | Preliminary Judging Time: Please mail the registration form (as attached in Appendix II), affixed to the upper right corner of the back, to the Academic Affairs Office of Nanmen Elementary School by June 18, 110 (Friday). The list of finalists will be announced on our school's website (http://www.nmes.tyc.edu.tw/) by 4:00 PM on June 28 (Monday). |
| 4. | Final Competition Time: Sunday, July 18, 110, in the morning, divided into two sessions, to be held in the "Active Living Hall" at Nanmen Elementary School. |
