II.	Attached is our school's "110 Academic Year Special Talent Selection Independent Admissions Poster (as attached)". We kindly request your school to assist in publicizing and encouraging students to apply.

III.	Application Period: April 12th to April 30th.

IV.	Selection Time: May 29th

Application Method: Please visit our school's homepage at http://www.chvs.tyc.edu.tw/, click on "Latest News / 110 Academic Year Special Talent Selection Independent Admissions", fill out the application form (no fee required) and the comprehensive learning performance data form, download and sign them. Then, submit the application materials to your school's handling unit for group application, or students can fax the application materials to our school for individual application.
