| Subject: | In response to the demand for bilingual teachers, our center is extending the 'Cambridge Linguaskill Test - Bilingual Teacher Project for Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing'. The second phase of the project will run from May 1, 2021, to April 30, 2022. We encourage all departments to promote this to their teaching staff, including those in teacher training programs and current teachers. Please disseminate this information accordingly. |

| 1. | Our center is organizing this project to encourage current teachers and teacher trainees to actively obtain the CEFR B2 English certificate. During the project period, participants who achieve CEFR B2 in all four skills (listening, reading, speaking, and writing) on the Cambridge Linguaskill Test, with a score of 160 or above in each section, are eligible to apply for a scholarship of NT$3,000. Each person can apply only once. |
| 2. | Eligibility: 1. Current teachers in kindergartens, elementary schools, and secondary schools. 2. Teacher trainees from teacher training universities. 3. Teachers aspiring to develop in bilingual education. |
| 3. | Registration Method: Enter the project code 'BETeacher' on the event registration webpage and complete the registration for the Linguaskill Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing tests. Registration is complete upon payment. https://www.lsenglish.com.tw/projects_keyin.php |
| 4. | Registration Period: Registration is open from May 1, 2021, to April 30, 2022, with a limit of 200 participants. |
