I. In accordance with the schedule for the 110th (2021) junior high school teacher transfer and placement in our city.

II. Teachers of our school who wish to apply for transfer to another school within the city in 110 (2021) are requested to comply with the following:

(I) 5/18 (Tue) 13:00 - 5/19 (Wed) 17:00: Log in to fill in basic information, various points, and transfer preferences (URL: http://jhteacher.tyc.edu.tw/)

(II) 5/20 (Thu) 8:00 - 5/21 (Fri) 17:00: Print your personal application form (please print double-sided in A3 format) and preference form online. Attach the following supporting documents (except for service years, which are calculated up to July 31st, all other point-related documents must be calculated up to May 7th, 110 (2021)). (Originals for verification, A4 photocopies for submission) Submit to the Human Resources Office for compilation and review before noon on 5/25 (Tue):

1. Qualified Teacher Certificate 2. Certificate of Service at Current School (provided by the Human Resources Office) 3. Teacher Performance Review Notice 4. Appointment Letter and Part-time Appointment Letter 5. Those on leave without pay should submit the approved letter for leave without pay application and return to duty 6. Orders of Commendation or Punishment, Certificates of Commendation 7. Workshop Records or Transcripts 8. Others (A. For those applying for transfer to a subject not currently taught: submit a certificate of teaching load, B. Points for other matters: submit a letter of recommendation from the principal)

Attached are the schedule for the 110th (2021) junior high school teacher transfer and placement in our city, important notes for transferring to other schools within the city, and important notes for reviewing points for transfer to other schools within the city, as detailed in the attachments.
