Regarding the years of service as a full-time teacher in public senior secondary schools for those who previously served as full-time teachers in private senior secondary schools, the subject of the teaching certificate and the subject of appointment shall be determined in accordance with the "Table for Cross-referencing Teaching Subjects and Teacher Certificates in Secondary Schools." If they belong to the same group-specialty, or if they belong to the same group without distinction of specialty, the years of service as a full-time teacher in private senior secondary schools can be counted. This shall be used to adjust the salary grade up to the highest merit salary of the appointed position level, and shall take effect from June 2, 110 (2021).
