National Education Internship Information Platform's "Counselor Competency Training and System Operation Explanation" Online Seminar

| Subject: | To inform you that the Ministry of Education has commissioned National Changhua University of Education to organize the "Counselor Teacher Competency Training and System Operation Demonstration" online seminar for the 110th National Education Internship Information Platform. We encourage eligible personnel to actively participate. Please acknowledge receipt. |

| 1. | Based on the Ministry of Education's letter dated June 25, 110 (Tai Shi Teacher (4) Zi No. 1100085697). |
| 2. | To improve the education internship system and enhance the familiarity of counselor teachers in education internship institutions with the operation procedures of the "Intern Performance Evaluation" on the National Education Internship Information Platform, thereby facilitating the evaluation of intern student performance, the aforementioned activity has been planned into 4 sessions. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the seminar will be conducted online. Participants who complete the entire session will be awarded 3 hours of training credit. Activity details are as follows: |
| (1) | Target Audience: Counselor teachers from secondary schools, elementary schools, kindergartens, and special education schools (classes). |
| (2) | Seminar Sessions and Dates (Online seminar link details are in the implementation plan): |
| 1. | Session 1: August 23, 110 (Monday), 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| 2. | Session 2: August 24, 110 (Tuesday), 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| 3. | Session 3: August 25, 110 (Wednesday), 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| 4. | Session 4: August 26, 110 (Thursday), 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| (3) | Registration Method: Please register for one session by 5:00 PM on August 16 (Monday) on the National In-service Teacher Training Information Network (http://www1.inservice.edu.tw). Registration details are in the implementation plan. |
| 3. | Please have your school's education internship institution's internship counselor teachers (current or prospective) register online via the National In-service Teacher Training Information Network before the registration deadline (course codes for each session are detailed in the implementation plan). Official leave (or business trip leave) will be granted to attendees. |
| 4. | The electronic files for the implementation plan of the aforementioned online seminar are available for download from the "Announcements - Latest News" section of the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau website at: https://www.tyc.edu.tw/. |
