To inform you about the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the Department) responding to the impact of the severe special infectious pneumonia (COVID-19) epidemic (hereinafter referred to as the epidemic) on the job market, and to assist hourly teachers and related personnel in participating in the "Peace of Mind Instant Work Plan" needs survey.

Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Department's letter No. 1100080474 dated June 29, 110.

2. To reduce the impact of the epidemic on the economic lives of workers, the Workforce Development Agency has been promoting the Peace of Mind Instant Work Plan since April 13, 109, to assist workers in participating in part-time jobs provided by government agencies that are in the public interest and to obtain work subsidies. Therefore, government agencies will apply for job opportunities in public departments based on their staffing needs and submit them to public employment service agencies. Public employment service agencies will then refer qualified individuals to the employing units for work.

3. In response to the Level 3 alert of the epidemic, "classes are suspended but learning is not" since May 19. For some students who have not participated in online courses or are lagging behind in their studies, schools should understand the actual reasons (e.g., physical discomfort, information equipment problems, special family circumstances, etc.) and communicate and coordinate with parents to provide necessary assistance. In addition, considering that some hourly teachers and related personnel have employment needs, but the epidemic continues to impact the job market, resulting in limited job opportunities, to avoid affecting the livelihoods of the aforementioned personnel and to continue assisting students during the summer vacation, please have all departments of our school provide a list of available new job opportunities within the school and a list of hourly teachers and related personnel who have application needs, so that the Department can forward them to the Workforce Development Agency for priority referral to educational departments to participate in this plan.
4. In summary, please have all departments of our school evaluate the needs within the school and fill out the attachments (including the list of planned job vacancies and the list of hourly personnel application needs), and email them to the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau's email address (spc010@ms.tyc.edu.tw) before 9:30 AM on July 5, 110 (Monday). This will allow the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau to compile the city's survey data and reply to the Department on the same day (July 5, 110). The relevant matters are explained as follows:

(1) Please mark the attached file name for the survey as: "[School Name] Planned Job Vacancy Needs List" and "[School Name] Hourly Personnel Application Needs List."
(2) If, after the survey, there are no planned job vacancies or application needs for hourly personnel, there is no need to return the survey forms.
5. Attached are the Peace of Mind Instant Work Plan, the "School Planned Job Vacancy Needs List," and the "School Hourly Personnel Application Needs List," each in one copy.
