Taoyuan Agricultural and Industrial Vocational High School's "110 Academic Year Practical Skills Program Horticulture Technology Section" self-managed enrollment case.

I. In accordance with Article 14 of the "Guidelines for the Counseling and Distribution of Practical Skills Programs in Senior High and Vocational High Schools" promulgated by the Ministry of Education on May 2, 2012, "If there are still vacancies in any department of practical skills programs in senior high and vocational high schools after student registration, each school shall conduct its own admissions, and shall follow the "110 Academic Year National Senior High and Vocational High Schools Taoyuan-Lian District Practical Skills Program Counseling and Distribution Admissions Brochure / VI. Admissions Methods" for the process."
II. Our school has 7 vacancies in the Landscape Technology program for practical skills in the 110 academic year. We will conduct our own admissions. We kindly request your assistance in informing junior high schools within your jurisdiction. The application forms are as per the admissions brochure mentioned above, and the brochure is attached.
III. In response to the pandemic, our school's continuous enrollment application and registration methods will be conducted remotely. The details are as follows:
(1) Application Method: Applications will be accepted by mail from July 20-21, 110 (postmark date applies). Please send by registered mail to "Office of Practical Arts, National Taipei University of Technology Affiliated Taoyuan Agricultural and Industrial Senior High School". The application fee of NT$150 should be sent via postal money order.
(2) Announcement of Results: Results will be announced at 9:00 AM on July 28, 110.
(3) Online Registration: Complete the submission of registration documents by 11:00 AM on July 29, 110. Registration can be done via e-mail or fax. Please send photos of your "Junior High Graduation Certificate (or Certificate of Completion)", "ID Card or Household Registration Transcript", and "Continuous Enrollment Registration Confirmation Form". The original graduation certificate must be submitted on the registration day.

IV. To protect students' rights and ensure fairness in the distribution process, please assist in publicizing that all required application forms and supporting documents must be accurate and complete. Parents and students must sign to confirm.
