110th Summer National Senior High School and Below Cross-border Transfer Student Education (Basic) Advanced Administrative Knowledge and Teacher Training Program

| Subject: | To inform you that the Ministry of Education's National Academy for Educational Research has commissioned National Kaohsiung Normal University to organize the "110 National Senior High School and Below Cross-border Transfer Student Education (Beginner) Administrative Knowledge and Teacher Training Program" during the summer vacation. Please be informed. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | Based on the letter from the Ministry of Education's National Academy for Educational Research (hereinafter referred to as NAER) dated June 28, 110, Ref. No. 1100079305. |
| II. | NAER aims to assist school administrative personnel and teachers in effectively placing cross-border transfer students of various nationalities into appropriate grade levels based on their country of origin, language and cultural background, past educational experience, current learning needs, and corresponding academic abilities. Furthermore, through blended learning, customized assessments, counseling, family support, and individual learning experiences, professional Mandarin Chinese acquisition planning can be provided to establish a long-term and stable teaching and administrative support system. Therefore, the aforementioned training program is specially organized. |
| III. | The details of the aforementioned training are as follows: |
| (1) | Time: |
| 1. | July 20-22, 110, and August 11-13, 110, for a total of 2 sessions. Each session has a quota of 60 participants, on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| 2. | Participants can only register for one session. If participants register for both beginner sessions, the program reserves the right to assign a session to the registrant. |
| 3. | Participants who complete the entire program will receive 16 hours of training credit. |
| (2) | Training Method: |
| 1. | Online video conferencing (the network link will be provided on the day of the training for admitted participants to join). |
| 2. | Session 1 (July 20-22, 110): https://meet.google.com/bnu-oojt-rof (or enter meeting code: bnu-oojt-rof). |

| (3) | Target Audience: |
| 1. | Administrative staff or teachers in senior high schools and below. |
| 2. | Substitute teachers with a valid teaching certificate. |
| 3. | Mandarin Chinese teachers with a "Ministry of Education Certificate of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language" or those who have participated in Mandarin Chinese teacher training and have teaching experience. |
| (4) | Registration Period and Method: |
| 1. | Session 1 (July 20-22, 110): |

| (2) | Teachers and educational administrators can register directly on the National In-service Teacher Training Network, with training code 3115810 (website: https://www3.inservice.edu.tw/). |
| (3) | Non-teachers can register by filling out the relevant information on Google Forms: https://forms.gle/c9Mi8RVVpX1hqAqy6. |
| 2. | Session 2 (August 11-13, 110): |
| (1) | Registration Period: From now until August 6, 110. |
| (2) | Teachers and educational administrators can register directly on the National In-service Teacher Training Network, with training code 3115800. |
| (3) | Non-teachers can register by filling out the relevant information on Google Forms: https://forms.gle/4CMJD45uo2TeGSNe8. |
| IV. | The aforementioned program is announced on the Cross-border Transfer Student Education Network - Activity Information (website: https://tkids.nknu.edu.tw/). Those interested in participating can download the program from the website. |
| V. | This bureau approves that school personnel attending the training courses, with the school's consent, will be granted official leave. |
