| I. | In accordance with the Bureau's letter dated June 29, 110, No. 11000561591. |
| II. | The information regarding the aforementioned activity is summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Time: July 31, 110 (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| (2) | Method: Conducted via Google Meet video conference. The gifted center will directly import the email addresses of admitted participants into the meeting room. Please pay attention to email notifications. |
| (3) | Participants and Quotas: |
| 1. | Quota: 90 regular admissions, 10 waitlisted. |
| 2. | Eligibility: Students in the 7th grade of public and private junior high schools in Taoyuan City for the 110 academic year who have passed the city's gifted identification for academic aptitude and creativity (please scan or photograph and upload the notification of identification results when registering). |
| (4) | Registration Method, Fee, and Admission Principles: |
| 1. | Registration Method: All registrations must be done online. Participants will be ranked in order of registration time. Registration URL: https://forms.gle/yXZ1JpYncqugTVcr7. |
| 2. | Registration Period: From 12:00 PM on July 21, 110 (Wednesday) to 12:00 PM on July 23, 110 (Friday). The registration form will close once the quota is filled. |
| 3. | Registration Fee: Free. |
| 4. | Admission Principles: If the number of applicants exceeds 90, the first 90 registrants will be admitted. The list of admitted participants will be announced simultaneously on the Wuling High School homepage and the Taoyuan City Gifted Education Resource Center website (https://talented.special.tyc.edu.tw/) by 5:00 PM on July 26, 110 (Monday). If the number of applicants does not exceed the limit, no announcement will be made. |
| III. | Notes: |
| (1) | If a regularly admitted participant is unable to attend the camp due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact Teacher Zhang at the Gifted Education Center by phone (03-3698170 ext. 154) before 12:00 PM on July 27, 110, to avoid affecting the rights of waitlisted participants. |
| (2) | On the day of the event, please be sure to enter the online meeting room before 9:20 AM and participate for the entire duration. Failure to participate for the entire duration without a valid reason attributable to the student will result in the forfeiture of the right to participate in future activities organized by the gifted center (such as the "Bá Jiān" program and other gifted camps). |
| (3) | In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, this activity will be conducted via video conference to ensure the health of all participants. If there are any adjustments to the policies and regulations of the Central Epidemic Command Center, these epidemic prevention guidelines will be amended accordingly. |
