| (1) | Event Dates: From now until October 22, 110. |
| (2) | Participants: Junior high and elementary school students in Taoyuan City. |
| (3) | Event Format: |
| 1. | Watch Videos and Learn About Taxes Lucky Draw: |
| (1) | Eligibility and Method: Students from junior high and elementary schools in Taoyuan City can participate in the lucky draw by selecting their group (junior high or elementary) on the event webpage, watching the video online, and answering tax-related questions. A total of 6 sessions will be held. |
| (2) | Event Rewards: |
| A. | Individual Prizes: After each session, 50 winners from each group (junior high or elementary) will receive a NT$100 convenience store gift certificate, with a total of 600 prizes expected. Participating in all 6 sessions gives you 6 chances to win. |
| B. | School Prizes: The teacher in charge (or a school representative) who assists in promoting this event will receive 1 promotional item. If the number of student participants reaches 150 or half of the school's total student population, the school will receive an additional 3 promotional items as encouragement. |
| 2. | Tax Bubble King: Participants who complete game missions and correctly answer tax-related questions can enter a lucky draw. The more you play, the more chances you have to win (each person can only win one prize). A total of 200 NT$100 convenience store gift certificates will be drawn. |
| 3. | App Master Bonus Draw: Participants can enter a lucky draw by uploading a screenshot of their mobile barcode from the "Uniform Invoice Lottery App" on the event webpage. A total of 100 NT$100 convenience store gift certificates will be drawn. |
| 4. | Winner Announcement: The winning list will be randomly selected by computer after the event concludes and will be announced on the event webpage by November 30, 110. |
| 5. | Prize Collection Method: |
| (1) | Prizes will be distributed through schools. Designated school representatives should bring the gift certificate receipt to our bureau or its branch offices to collect the gift certificates by December 10, 110. (If collecting from a branch office, please first fax the receipt to (03) 335-6682 to the Service Section, Public Relations Group, and contact (03) 332-6181 ext. 2346. Collect only after receiving a phone notification.) The school will then distribute the prizes to the winning students. |
| (2) | If the epidemic situation escalates, prizes will be mailed via registered mail to the communication addresses provided by the winners on the event page within 30 days of the winner announcement, depending on the circumstances. Therefore, participants must ensure their mailing information is accurate, as the bureau will mail prizes based on the provided data. Any returned prizes will not be re-sent. Prizes must be collected from the Service Section of our bureau by 5 PM on February 25, 111 (if you wish to collect from other branch offices, please notify us by phone in advance). Failure to collect by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize. |
