| 1. | To promote and foster public awareness and understanding of sewer construction, our agency has commissioned Formosa Television Culture Co., Ltd. to organize the "The Face of Sewers Creative Manhole Cover Design Competition." Submissions will be accepted from August 16, 2021, to September 12, 2021. The aim is to use the manhole cover – "the face of the sewer" – as the theme for a submission contest targeting the Taiwanese public. Through design and creativity, we hope to raise awareness of sewer construction, transform perceptions of sewers, and deepen understanding of sewer infrastructure. |
| 2. | Selected outstanding entries will receive a certificate of recognition and substantial prize money. Please refer to the activity guidelines (see Attachment 1) for detailed contest rules. |
