| 一、 | Based on the Ministry of Education's letter Tai-Jiao-She (4) Zi Di 1100115001 dated August 25, 110. |
| 二、 | In order to implement local language teaching, enhance the professional knowledge of teachers nationwide in Hokkien and Hakka phonetic transcription teaching, and encourage public participation in local language learning, the Ministry of Education is organizing these training activities. |
| 三、 | This bureau agrees to grant official (business) leave registration for this matter. We encourage teachers interested in Hokkien and Hakka phonetic transcription learning or teaching, local language teaching support staff (support teachers), and others who wish to learn about local languages to actively participate. |
| 四、 | The location, time, and other related matters for the aforementioned training courses are as follows: |
| (一) | Training Time: |
| １、 | Hokkien Phonetic Transcription: September 22, 110 (Wednesday) to September 24, 110 (Friday). |
| ２、 | Hakka Phonetic Transcription: October 6, 110 (Wednesday) to October 8, 110 (Friday). |
| (二) | Training Location: National Academy for Educational Research, Sanxia Main Campus (No. 2, Sanshu Road, Sanxia District, New Taipei City). |
| (三) | Number of Participants: 35 people. |
| (四) | Training Hours: 21 hours. |
| 五、 | The registration period, method, and other related matters are explained as follows: |
| (一) | Registration Period: |
| １、 | Hokkien Training: From 9:00 AM on September 2, 110 (Thursday) to 5:00 PM on September 3, 110 (Friday), until full. |
| ２、 | Hakka Training: From 9:00 AM on September 10, 110 (Friday) to 5:00 PM on September 11, 110 (Saturday), until full. |
| (二) | Registration Method: Please register online on the National Academy for Educational Research website at https://workshop.naer.edu.tw/NAWeb/Services/wFrmRecent.aspx |
| (三) | Target Audience: Priority will be given to those who have not participated in the phonetic transcription courses organized by the National Academy for Educational Research from 109 to 110. Remaining spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis until full. If the class capacity is exceeded, applicants will be placed on a waiting list in order. If a registered participant cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify the contact person at the National Academy for Educational Research (contact number detailed in the course schedule) via email or phone before the course begins, to facilitate timely replacements and avoid resource wastage. |
| (四) | Only those who are approved after review will be eligible to attend this training. The National Academy for Educational Research will send a notification email, or you can check your registration status on the registration system. |
| 六、 | Due to the high transmission risk of "COVID-19" severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, related epidemic prevention measures must comply with the latest guidelines from the Central Epidemic Command Center and the epidemic prevention guidelines of the National Academy for Educational Research in response to the Command Center. |
