Explanation:

2. To address situations where the CSPTC is unable to conduct in-person examinations due to natural disasters, epidemics, or emergencies during its various training programs, and after adjusting the examination implementation methods in accordance with Article 11 of the "Key Points for Training Performance Evaluation of Appointed Civil Servants" or Article 12 of the "Key Points for Performance Evaluation of Civil Servant Promotion Training (Rank/Position)," it is necessary to adjust the relevant examination regulations accordingly. Therefore, the aforementioned examination regulations have been amended.
