| II. | The Hualien County Government has been organizing the mini-thesis project research competition since 103 (2014), marking its eighth year. This year, the competition has been expanded to a national level to increase opportunities for exchange and learning among teachers and students, and to stimulate creative thinking. |
| III. | The competition details are as follows: |
| (1) | Registration Method: Online registration is available at https://student.hlc.edu.tw. |
| (2) | Registration Period: From Monday, August 2, 110 (2021) to Friday, September 24, 110 (2021), 12:00 PM. |
| (3) | Participants: Students from national primary and secondary schools. |
| (4) | Online Mini-Thesis Project Research Competition Website: https://student.hlc.edu.tw, which provides a platform for students to record the process and content of their research projects in a community setting. |
