| 2. | Given that our nation's bilingual national policy is in its nascent stages and its implementation strategies are not yet fully refined, it is beneficial to observe other countries that have implemented bilingual policies for many years, such as the Philippines. This experience can serve as a valuable reference for pre-service teacher training and in-service professional development in our country. Therefore, we have invited Remy Tulabut, the Head of the English Department at Angeles University Foundation in the Philippines, to share their experiences in implementing bilingual policies with the Philippines as a case study. |
