1. This is a one-year scholarship program, providing NT$600 per month to each student's school account.

2. Students who have already received subsidies from the Ministry of Education or other private organizations, or children of military, public, and giáo chức personnel, are not eligible.For newly applying or renewing graduating students, the homeroom teacher must assist in tracking their further education plans and the scholarship disbursement until the end of the scholarship period..

3. Applications are accepted throughout the year (excluding July and August).Each school can recommend a maximum of 15 new students (excluding students who are renewing their scholarships).Each subsidized student will receivefor one year,a scholarship of NT$600 per month.

4.The scholarship is for the applicant student only, and does not cover family living expenses or savings.The funds can be used for various purposes: club activities, graduation trips, yearbooks, certification exam fees, medical expenses, clothing, breakfast and dinner, transportation, etc. Please calculate the expenses based on NT$7,200 per year., if the student's self-description is not handwritten, please indicate the reason for having someone else write it before uploading.

5. Please notify the foundation immediately if the applicant student transfers schools or changes their status.

Note: Students currently receiving subsidies from our foundation need to be re-evaluated annually and continue to submit applications to avoid interruption of subsidies. Please complete the renewal process online by the 20th of the month before the subsidy expires.
