Taoyuan Junior High School 110 Academic Year Anniversary Celebration "Reading with Love for Our School" Activity Guidelines

• Purpose: To enhance reading interest, increase library usage frequency, and strengthen information retrieval skills, thereby achieving the educational benefits of library utilization. This event is specially held on the eve of the school anniversary to celebrate with all teachers and students.
• Event Dates: October 18, 2021 (Monday) to November 4, 2021 (Thursday).
• Activities: "Assemble Words for a Birthday Wish," "A Password in the Book," and "Vision Everywhere," totaling three activities.
• Participants: All students in the school.
• How to Participate:

• "Assemble Words for a Birthday Wish": Assemble words like "I Love Taoyuan Junior High" and "Happy Birthday" from the titles of different books. Take a photo and upload it to the Google Form linked on the Taoyuan Junior High School official website under "Reading with Love for Our School" within the event period. Fill in the required information to complete the submission and enter the lucky draw.
• "A Password in the Book": This year's 52nd school anniversary date is November 13th. Describe the content of a book from page 11 to page 13 in a passage, limited to 52 characters. During the event period, pick up a worksheet from the Academic Affairs Office, fill it out, and submit it to the Academic Affairs Office.
• "Vision Everywhere": Each class selects a theme from any book that relates to our school's vision: "Healthy and Energetic, Friendly and Cooperative, Autonomous and Innovative, Diverse and International." Within the event period, fill in the required information on the Google Form linked on the Taoyuan Junior High School official website under "Reading with Love for Our School" to complete the submission.

• Awards: Online lucky draw and vote counting will be completed on November 11th (Thursday). The list of winners will be announced on the Taoyuan Junior High School official website on November 12th (Friday). Awards will be presented on the school anniversary, November 13th (Saturday), or on a selected date.

• "Assemble Words for a Birthday Wish": Online random lucky draw. Participants who assemble 4 words will receive one commendation, and those who assemble 8 words will receive two commendations.
• "A Password in the Book": Selected for excellence. The top three students will receive one commendation each, and their winning entries will be printed and publicly displayed.
• "Vision Everywhere": Online voting will be open for five days from November 6th (Saturday) to November 10th (Wednesday). The top three classes with the most votes will receive one commendation for the entire class.

• Notes:

• When uploading photos, be sure to capture the complete call number to prove it is a book from our school library.
• All answers in the form must be filled in clearly for easy verification of the winner's eligibility.
• Entries without photos or that do not comply with the above regulations will be considered void and disqualified from the lucky draw.

• These guidelines will be implemented after approval by the principal, and any amendments will follow the same procedure.
