| I. | In accordance with the letter from Yisheng Elementary School dated October 13, 110, with reference number Yixiao Jiao Zi No. 1100006305. |
| II. | Key information of the aforementioned plan is summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Registration Deadline: From now until 5:00 PM on October 22, 110 (Friday). |
| (2) | Competition Date: November 30, 110 (Tuesday). |
| (3) | Competition Venue: Taoyuan City Indigenous Culture Center (No. 101, Lane 29, Section 1, Yuanlin Road, Daxi District, Taoyuan City). |
| (4) | Competition Categories and Groups: Registration and competition will be held separately for each ethnic group, including Atayal, Amis, Truku, and Paiwan (details are in the implementation plan). |

| III. | Registration Method: |
| (1) | Please email the registration form to d8968760@ms.tyc.edu.tw. After printing and stamping the registration form, please mail it via registered express mail to the Counseling Office of Yisheng Elementary School (Address: No. 11, Neighborhood 1, Yisheng Village, Fuxing District, Taoyuan City 33643) to complete the registration process. |
| (2) | Please send the electronic file of the Indigenous language storytelling script along with the registration form when you email your registration. |
