| I. | In accordance with the letter from the National Taiwan Normal University Mathematics Education Center, dated October 14, 110 (2021), with reference number 1101026566. |
| II. | Workshop Objectives: |
| (1) | "Third Phase Mathematics Activity Leader Training Workshop": The main objective of this activity is to train teachers to use engaging mathematics foundation activities for students who are underprepared in mathematics, allowing them to learn through play, build prerequisite experiences for learning mathematics, and increase their willingness to learn. |
| (2) | "Mathematics Literacy-Oriented Teaching Workshop - Foundation into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop": The main objective of this activity is to cultivate the ability of junior and elementary school mathematics teachers to conduct mathematics literacy-oriented teaching. It is expected to integrate the "Foundation into the Classroom" module with the 12-year compulsory education mathematics curriculum, and proceed through practical curriculum planning, collaborative preparation, and discussions. This aims to help junior and elementary school teachers effectively align with the teaching requirements of the 12-year compulsory education, assist students in building prerequisite experiences for learning mathematics through engaging mathematical activities, increase their willingness to learn, and further cultivate their mathematical literacy. |

| 1. | Workshop Time: Saturday, November 13, 110 (2021), from 9:00 AM to 4:20 PM. |
| 2. | Workshop Location: Chuíyáng Elementary School, Chiayi City (No. 605, Chuíyáng Road, West District, Chiayi City 600). |
| (2) | "Mathematics Literacy-Oriented Teaching Workshop - Foundation into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop": |
| 1. | Workshop Time: Sunday, November 14, 110 (2021), from 9:00 AM to 4:10 PM. |
| 2. | Workshop Location: Chuíyáng Elementary School, Chiayi City (No. 605, Chuíyáng Road, West District, Chiayi City 600). |
| IV. | Target Audience and Registration Method: |
| (1) | Target Audience: Formal teachers, substitute teachers, and acting teachers in junior and elementary schools within this city. |
| (2) | Number of Participants: Divided into three groups: lower-middle elementary, upper elementary, and junior high. A maximum of three classes can be opened per group, with a principle of 28 participants per class. Adjustments will be made based on registration numbers. |
| (3) | "Third Phase Mathematics Activity Leader Training Workshop": Please complete the registration form by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 26, 110 (2021), at the following URL (https://forms.gle/bR66nqzjAfoTEgxc7). Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| (4) | "Mathematics Literacy-Oriented Teaching Workshop - Foundation into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop": Please complete the registration form by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 26, 110 (2021), at the following URL (https://forms.gle/HNhRQbWin9BrQZjs5). Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| (5) | Fees: This event is free of charge. Lunch will be provided. Please arrange your own insurance, accommodation, and transportation. |
| V. | Certificates and Proof of Participation: |
| (1) | "Third Phase Mathematics Activity Leader" Certificate: |
| 1. | Mathematics teachers who meet the above qualifications and participate in the "Mathematics Activity Leader" training organized by the National Taiwan Normal University Mathematics Education Center, complete all course content (must attend all modules for their group), and obtain certification will be awarded the "Third Phase Mathematics Activity Leader" certificate for their group. |
| 2. | To ensure training quality, participants who do not attend at least 2/3 of the module hours for the current phase may continue to audit the workshop courses but will not receive the "Third Phase Mathematics Activity Leader" certificate. |
| 3. | Only those who obtain the "Third Phase Mathematics Activity Leader" qualification can apply to organize the "Fun Math Camp". |
| (2) | "Foundation into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop" Certificate: |
| 1. | Mathematics teachers who meet the above qualifications and participate in the "Foundation into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop" training organized by the National Taiwan Normal University Mathematics Education Center, complete all course content (must attend all modules for their group), and obtain certification will be awarded the "Foundation into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop" certificate for their group. |
