Regarding the "Notes on the Implementation of Individualized Professional Assessment Mechanism for Civil Servants Applying for Voluntary Retirement Who Meet the Statutory Requirements for Physical and Mental Disabilities," it has been formulated and promulgated by the Ministry of Civil Service on October 12, 110 (Republic of China calendar), and is effective from the date of promulgation.

二、銓敘部為使申請自願退休且符合法定身心障礙資格之公務人員，申請辦理個別化專業評估機制作業有所依循，爰訂定本注意事項。
