| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's official letter No. 1100136154 dated October 20, 110. |
| 2. | To more widely implement standard-based assessment in the teaching field of elementary and junior high schools, this implementation plan (as attached 1) is specially established to subsidize participating schools. |
| 3. | For details on how to apply for the project, please refer to attachment 2 "Explanation of Promotion School Project Content and Application Procedures." Teachers who wish to apply should register their personal teacher accounts in the project application system before October 31, 110 (Sunday), and complete step 1 of the application procedure; step 2 administrative accounts are expected to be issued by the Measurement and Evaluation Center in early November. |
| 4. | An online application briefing session for this project was held on October 1, 110. After the session, suggestions from attendees were considered to revise account permissions. Participating teachers only need to select assessment tools, and the funding will be uniformly allocated by the school's administrative account. Please refer to attachment 3 for instructions on operating the application system. |
