| I. | To realize our school's vision of an international perspective, we are holding the aforementioned event to provide junior high school students with an experience of our school's international cultural courses. The content includes fun English and Japanese tea ceremony experiences, as well as an introduction to our Japanese experimental class and bilingual experimental class learning content. We hope that through this event, students can explore their interests and learn in a diverse way. All teachers and students from various schools are welcome to sign up! |
| II. | Related event information is as follows: |
| (1) | Date: December 7, 110 (Tuesday), from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. |
| (2) | Participants: 8th and 9th grade students from junior high schools in Taoyuan City. Students in the 9th grade gifted English class and Japanese class will be given priority for admission. |
| (3) | Our school will provide free shuttle buses (and accident insurance) to transport students to the school for the visit. We welcome your school to sign up enthusiastically. Please complete the online registration form by December 4, 110 (Thursday) at https://qrgo.page.link/NAqTp, by scanning the QR Code, or by fax or email. The number of participants is limited to 20 for the primary list and several for the waiting list, and admission will be based on the order of registration. |
| (4) | Attached are the event itinerary, promotional poster, registration form, and accident insurance data form. Please return the completed insurance data form via email. | III. | Teachers accompanying the students are requested to be granted official leave (business trip) under the condition that their regular duties are covered. Travel expenses shall be covered by the relevant expenses of each school. |
