2. To provide voters with a convenient and user-friendly experience for reading the referendum bulletins, the relevant services and usage methods are as follows:
(1) Electronic Referendum Bulletin: This feature offers page-turning, hyperlinks, jump-to-page reading, and keyword search functions. The public can also browse and share across different devices. (2) Audio Referendum Bulletin Hotline: To assist visually impaired voters in understanding information about the current national referendums, five audio referendum bulletin hotlines have been established. Upon calling, you can choose to listen to the referendum bulletin information in Mandarin, Taiwanese, or Hakka. The hotline number is 02-2356-5550 (02-2356-listen listen listen). Elderly voters and those who have difficulty reading are also welcome to use this service.
(3) YouTube Short Videos: To facilitate the audio-visual dissemination of referendum information, the Central Election Commission has also produced YouTube short videos based on the Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Hakka versions of the audio referendum bulletins, synchronized with the visuals of the electronic referendum bulletins.
