Details:
I. In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for Commending Outstanding Female Civil Servants of the Taoyuan City Government."
II. The selection and recommendation process is as follows:
(I) Eligible candidates: Female civil servants and contract employees of all agencies and schools under the Taoyuan City Government.
(II) Eligibility criteria: Must meet one of the achievements stipulated in Article 3 of the Implementation Guidelines.
(III) Selection and recommendation principles:
1. Priority will be given to those who have not been selected as model civil servants or outstanding female civil servants by the City Government in the past three years.
2. The number of recommendations from each first-level agency of the City Government (including its subordinate agencies or schools) is limited to 3; agencies without subordinate organizations and district offices are limited to 1.
(IV) Circumstances under which one cannot be selected as an outstanding female civil servant:
1. Within the past three years, has received any criminal punishment, disciplinary action, impeachment, censure, or a demerit or higher in regular performance evaluations.
2. Within the past three years, has received an annual performance rating of "B" or equivalent or lower.
(V) Selection and recommendation method: Each first-level agency (second-level agencies and schools will be coordinated by the first-level agency) and district office shall nominate individuals who meet the commendation criteria and submit the relevant materials to the Taoyuan City Government for review.

III. Those selected as outstanding female civil servants of the Taoyuan City Government will be publicly awarded a medal and a NT$5,000 gift certificate, and will be granted 3 days of official leave.
