| (1) | Target Audience: Students currently enrolled in public and private junior high schools, senior high schools, and vocational high schools nationwide. |
| (2) | Submission Period: From now until Friday, April 1, 2022. |
| (3) | Submission Guidelines: |
| 1. | Download the application form and authorization letter from the Mandarin Daily News website. Please fill them out completely. By participating in the competition, you grant the organizer the right to publish and reproduce your work. If you do not agree, please do not participate. |
| 2. | Please mail the completed application form along with your submitted work via registered mail to Mandarin Daily News. All submissions will not be returned, so please keep a copy for your records. |
| 3. | To prevent damage during mail transit, please package your submission in a transparent plastic bag or other protective material. Do not fold it to maintain its integrity. If your submission is damaged during shipping and becomes illegible, it will be disqualified. |
