In response to the recent upward trend in COVID-19 cluster infections at Taoyuan Airport, all colleagues are strongly encouraged to book their third dose of vaccine as soon as possible (if you have completed your second dose 12 weeks ago). [The list of approved vaccine brands for the booster dose, the schedule for the third dose, and the walk-in vaccination sites in each district of our city are detailed in the attached file].

Note: In accordance with the Taoyuan City Government Department of Education's letters dated October 5, 110 (2021) (Tao Jiao Ti Zi No. 1100091491) and December 30, 110 (2021) (Tao Jiao Ti Zi No. 1100121711), teachers and staff who need to get vaccinated at medical institutions or community vaccination sites will be granted "half-day official leave" with the understanding that they will manage their own classes:
1. Please apply through our school's cloud attendance system. The path is: Attendance System → Leave Application → Click on Official Leave Application (No Travel Expenses). For the type of official leave, please select "Other." For the reason for official leave, please fill in "COVID-19 Third Dose Vaccination." After vaccination, please upload proof of vaccination (yellow card).
2. If you experience discomfort after vaccination within 24 hours of the next day, you may apply for sick leave. However, this will be counted towards your annual personal and sick leave days and performance evaluation.
3. If discomfort persists beyond 24 hours after the next day of vaccination, the sick leave taken will not be counted towards your annual personal and sick leave days or performance evaluation.
4. Please try to avoid using "Vaccination Leave" as it is unpaid leave according to regulations!
