According to the "Key Points for the Selection and Commendation of the Education Contribution Award" (hereinafter referred to as "these Key Points"), the selection and commendation targets are principals, teachers, and military training instructors who have retired or resigned from public or private schools and are not currently in service. Nominees should have specific achievements in volunteer work related to education or student counseling, and should be recommended by government agencies, schools, or legally established private organizations or foundations to the municipal or county (city) governments where they are located before March 31st each year. Those who have received awards under these Key Points or other relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education within the last three years will no longer be accepted for recommendation or award.
3. Specific achievements and volunteer work related to student counseling. Nominees should have specific achievements in volunteer work related to education or student counseling, and should be recommended by government agencies, schools, or legally established private organizations or foundations to the municipal or county (city) governments where they are located before March 31st each year. Those who have received awards under these Key Points or other relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education within the last three years will no longer be accepted for recommendation or award.

(1) Written materials:
1. Please fill in all fields of the specific achievements form in detail, without omissions; and please pay close attention to the character limit (including spaces, punctuation, and English letters). Exceeding the specified character count will prevent the data from being uploaded.
2. Please print the supporting materials and reference materials of the nominees on A4 paper and fasten them with a clip. Do not bind them.
(2) CD-ROM materials:
1. Word file of the specific achievements form.
2. Please scan the supporting materials and reference materials of the nominees as needed into PDF files. Each nominee can upload 10 files, with each file size limited to within 20MB. Please briefly describe the content of the file in the filename.
3. Please provide a recent "color passport photo" electronic file. The file format is JPG, and the file size is between 800KB and 4MB.

5. Please enthusiastically recommend individuals who meet the selection and commendation qualifications. Please mail (or deliver) one copy of the specific achievements form, supporting materials, and CD-ROM to the organizer of the Lifelong Learning Section, Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau, by March 31, 111 (Thursday).
