The school shall plan on-campus service-learning courses or activities in accordance with the unified service-learning regulations of each examination-exempt enrollment area, and issue service-learning certificates. - Off-Campus Service
- The municipal or county/city government shall publicly announce or each junior high school shall formulate a list of "[School Name] Off-Campus Service-Learning Institutions (Organizations), Corporations, Government-Registered People's Organizations, and Service Items, Learning Content Regulations or Lists", which shall be submitted to the municipal or county/city government for approval and then publicly announced.
- Off-campus service-learning certificates shall be issued by the service institution (organization), corporation, or government-registered people's organization, and then certified by the school.
