| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter Tai Jiao Guo Zi No. 1110000080 dated January 10, 111. |
| II. | In accordance with Article 14 of the "Regulations on the Assessment of Student Achievement in Elementary and Junior High Schools," to understand and ensure the quality of junior high school students' academic abilities, the Ministry of Education, in conjunction with municipal and county (city) governments, shall organize the Junior High School Academic Ability Test. This test has been held annually in May for all 3rd-year junior high school students since 103. The purpose of the Junior High School Academic Ability Test is to understand and ensure the quality of junior high school students' academic abilities. Regardless of whether the test scores are used in the admission process, all graduating junior high school students must participate in the Junior High School Academic Ability Test. For any special circumstances, please follow the resolutions made at the "2nd Meeting of the 105 Junior High School Academic Ability Test Promotion Committee" held on December 28, 104 (as per our bureau's letter Tao Jiao Zhong Zi No. 1100100556 dated November 1, 110). |
| III. | The 111 Junior High School Academic Ability Test will be based on the learning performance and content of the fourth learning stage in the "12-Year Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines." The test format will primarily consist of multiple-choice questions, with an emphasis on competency-oriented question design. The scoring method will continue to use a three-level system. Regarding the descriptions of performance levels and sample test questions for the 111 Junior High School Academic Ability Test, the Research Center for Psychological and Educational Testing at National Taiwan Normal University announced them on the Junior High School Academic Ability Test website (https://cap.rcpet.edu.tw/) on August 30, 108. Students, parents, and teachers can refer to them directly. |
