| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter dated February 7, 111 (2022), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Guo Zi Di 1110014427. |
| 2. | To promote the 2030 Bilingual Nation Policy, the Overseas Community Affairs Council has invited overseas Chinese education teachers and youth cultural volunteers from English-speaking countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand to film a total of 85 short English videos on themes like overseas cities' attractions, festival cultures, local cuisine, and sporting events. These videos are available for students of all levels, both domestically and internationally, to browse and learn from, thereby understanding foreign societies and cultures and enhancing their motivation to learn English. |
| 3. | These videos have been uploaded to the "Overseas Chinese See the World in English" section of the Ministry of Education's "Educational Media and Video Platform" under "Education Cloud" (https://video.cloud.edu.tw/video/co_topic.php?cat=76), the "Overseas Chinese Schools Section" of the Taipei City Government Department of Education's "Cooc Cloud" (https://cooc.tp.edu.tw/news/277), and the Overseas Community Affairs Council's "Global Overseas Chinese Digital Learning Platform" (https://elearning.taiwan-world.net/). We encourage you to refer to and utilize these resources, and to encourage students to browse and learn online. |
