| (1) | General principles of raising and caring: Provides owners with common basic care precautions, divided into five parts: living environment, basic care knowledge, dietary knowledge, puppy care, and activities and socialization, to give them a basic understanding of the common problems and responsibilities involved in raising dogs. |
| (2) | Care guidelines for various types of raising: Provides care suggestions for different raising locations, environments, or methods. In addition, to enhance owner responsibility awareness and reduce accidents, it also includes precautions for outdoor activities and for aggressive pets. |
| III. | The aforementioned guidelines are intended to provide owners with correct guidance for raising dogs. They have been publicly released on the Council of Agriculture's Animal Protection Information Network (Homepage/I want to know/Partner Animals, https://animal.coa.gov.tw/Frontend/Know/PartnerAnimal#tab1). |
