For your information, regarding the preferential health check-up plans offered by 9 medical institutions, including Taoyuan General Hospital of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, to civil servants and employees of Taoyuan City Government from 2022 to 2023, our colleagues are welcome to refer to and utilize them.

Details:
1. To help colleagues understand their health status and improve work efficiency, starting from January 1, 2022, the Taoyuan City Government's health check-up subsidy has been extended to cover contracted employees (including acting positions) who have continuously served in their current agencies (organizations) or schools for at least one year. The subsidy for civil servants and employees aged 40 to 49 has also been increased to NT$4,500 every two years. The Taoyuan City Government is actively negotiating preferential health check-up plans with medical institutions at the regional hospital level or above in the city to provide diverse options for colleagues.

2. Nine medical institutions, including Taoyuan General Hospital of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, have agreed to offer preferential health check-up plans. The details are as follows:
(1) Health Check-up Plans:
1. Taoyuan General Hospital of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Shin Kong General Hospital, Taoyuan Branch of Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Lishin International Hospital, Sisters of Charity of Jesus and Mary Medical Foundation St. Paul's Hospital, and Tian Cheng Medical Foundation Tian Cheng Hospital: Offer 4 health check-up plans at NT$3,500, NT$4,500, NT$7,000, and NT$16,000.
2. Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou Branch, Chang Gung Medical Foundation: Offers 2 health check-up plans at NT$4,500 and NT$7,000.
3. Taoyuan Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Chang Gung Medical Foundation: Offers a health check-up plan at NT$16,000.
4. Taoyuan General Hospital, Armed Forces, Outpatient Department: Offers 3 health check-up plans at NT$5,000, NT$7,000, and NT$16,000.
(2) Eligible Participants: Colleagues of all agencies and schools under the Taoyuan City Government (including civil servants, contracted employees, technicians, workers, drivers, cleaning personnel, survey assistants, and temporary staff), with no age limit.
(3) Validity Period of Offers:
1. The preferential plans from Taoyuan General Hospital of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Shin Kong General Hospital, and Taoyuan Branch of Taipei Veterans General Hospital are valid from now until December 31, 2022.
2. The preferential plans from the remaining medical institutions are valid until December 31, 2023 (the start date for the preferential plan at Sisters of Charity of Jesus and Mary Medical Foundation St. Paul's Hospital is March 1, 2022, and the start date for the preferential plan at Tian Cheng Medical Foundation Tian Cheng Hospital is February 1, 2022).

3. Colleagues are encouraged to schedule their health check-ups early. When making an appointment, please proactively inform them that you are a civil servant or employee of the Taoyuan City Government and present your original employee ID on the day of the check-up. If you have any questions regarding the health check-up plans offered by the aforementioned medical institutions, please contact the respective medical institutions directly.

4. Attached are the "List of Medical Institutions for Preferential Health Check-ups for Civil Servants and Employees of Taoyuan City Government from 2022 to 2023," "Preferential Plans," and "List of Related Measures for Health Check-ups During the Epidemic Prevention Period," each in one copy.
