| Explanation: |
| 1. | In order to shorten the gap between the rich and the poor and to promote science education, this activity is planned to provide economically disadvantaged students with a fully free outdoor educational opportunity (including admission fees, transportation, insurance, meal expenses, etc.). |
| 2. | The activity visit dates are from now until November 30, 111. The applicable 대상 are government-registered public and private children and youth social welfare organizations and related units in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu, and their economically disadvantaged students in junior and elementary schools. We kindly request your assistance in informing your affiliated organizations or groups and encouraging them to actively register and participate. Those interested should submit an official letter and complete the activity plan (including the application form, student visit roster, remittance information form, etc.). The museum will approve the application fees in the order of receipt of the letters. Funds are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| 3. | If applying for this plan under the name of a social welfare organization, in addition to submitting an official letter and completing the activity plan attachments (including the application form, student visit roster, remittance information form, etc.), copies of the applicant organization's registration certificate and articles of association must also be submitted. The museum will also randomly select 3 economically disadvantaged students for verification of their poverty certificates to ensure authenticity. |
| 4. | Related expenses can only be paid after the museum has replied to your unit confirming the application. Expenses cannot be paid for applications that have not been approved. If your unit has already applied for this plan this year and received a confirmation letter from the museum, please visit the museum on the approved visit date.
