| Subject: | Attached are the syllabus and registration form for the 2022 1st "International Vietnamese Proficiency Test" organized by Chihlee University of Science and Technology, a Chihlee Foundation for Education institution. | 1. | In accordance with the letter dated March 9, 111 (2022) from Chihlee University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as Chihlee University), reference number: Chih Wai Mao Yuan Zi Di 1110000214. |
| 2. | The Center for Teaching and Certification of Southeast Asian Minor Languages at Chihlee University's College of Business and Foreign Languages has jointly organized the "International Vietnamese Proficiency Test" with the Department of Vietnamese Studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, since 2019. |
| 3. | This test is graded according to CEFR standards. The certification is recognized by Taiwan's Ministry of Education as proof of Vietnamese proficiency for government-funded overseas study programs and is also acknowledged by Vietnam's Ministry of Education, lending it international credibility. |
| 4. | The Vietnamese proficiency certificates will be jointly issued and signed by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, affiliated with Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, and Chihlee University. |
| 5. | The aforementioned proficiency test is scheduled for Saturday, May 28, 2022. The registration period is from now until April 30.
