| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter No. 1110030390 dated March 17, 111. |
| 2. | To implement health insurance education in schools, the aforementioned plan seeks reality videos that integrate the six major areas of health-promoting schools to promote the activity of "Cherishing Health Insurance and Seeking Medical Treatment Wisely," showcasing the achievements of teachers and students in jointly promoting diverse and characteristic health insurance education in schools. |
| 3. | The target participants for the aforementioned plan are public and private elementary and junior high schools, with each school limited to one entry. Participants can include students, as well as teachers, nurses, or parents. |
| 4. | Please have schools actively register and announce this submission information. For detailed information, please refer to the implementation plan (as attached). |
