Regarding the subsidy for health examinations for faculty and staff in the 111th year (January to December) of our school, please apply to the Human Resources Office in advance as in previous years, as follows:

1. Eligible individuals for the health examination subsidy are limited to full-time civil servants and public school faculty and staff who are 40 years of age or older (born before the end of December in the 70th year of the Republic of China). [Starting from January 1, 111, contract employees (including acting staff) who have continuously served in their current agency (institution) or school for one year are also eligible.] However, those who are on leave of absence without pay during the year can only apply for this health examination subsidy after returning to work. Additionally, individuals who retire during the year are still eligible for the examination, but they must complete the examination before retirement.
2. This health examination subsidy is limited to once every two years. Starting from January 1, 111, the subsidy for examination costs has been adjusted to NT$4,500 per person (previously NT$3,500). Reimbursement will be based on actual expenses within this amount; if the actual cost is less than NT$4,500, the actual amount will be reimbursed. Any amount exceeding NT$4,500 will be borne by the applicant. [The subsidy standard for health examinations for civil servants and public school faculty and staff aged 50 and above has been adjusted to NT$3,500 per person per year, or NT$7,000 per person every two years, starting from January 1, 108.]

Faculty and staff members of our school who are 40 years of age or older and undergo a health examination at Zhongxiang Hospital today, and are eligible for the subsidy, please directly contact the Human Resources Office today to fill out the health examination application form in advance. After the examination, please submit the "Health Examination Receipt" for reimbursement. The Human Resources Office wishes everyone good health and peace!
