| 1. | In accordance with the "Letter No. 1111090235" dated March 21, 111 (2022) from the Agriculture and Food Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan. |
| 2. | To promote rice education, the agency is subsidizing the "Taiwan Grains Industry Development Association" to organize the aforementioned activity (as attached). This activity invites junior and senior high school (vocational) teachers to conduct educational promotion courses focusing on new rice-based food products made with domestic rice and rice flour as main ingredients, paired with local ingredients. |
| 3. | Key points of the activity brochure are as follows: |
| (1) | Registration period: March 18 to April 20, 111 (2022). |
| (2) | Eligibility: Junior and senior high schools (vocational). |
| (3) | Number of sessions: 40 sessions. |
| (4) | Course content: Basic course on rice recognition, rice nutrition and health, and hands-on practice of new rice-based products. |
| (5) | Subsidy details: Each session will be subsidized with NT$5,000 for ingredient costs and NT$4,000 for lecturer's hourly fees for the applying school. |
