| 1. | In accordance with the Keelung City Government's letter No. 1110213189B dated March 17, 2022. |
| 2. | The aforementioned briefing session will be held on March 23, 2022 (Wednesday) at 1:30 PM in the audiovisual classroom of Shenmei Elementary School, Keelung City. Schools outside of Keelung City can view the event information on the registration website (URL: https://reurl.cc/l9rvm6) after the briefing. |
| 3. | To promote the concepts of agricultural and fishery education, local ingredients, and marine environmental education, the Keelung City Government plans to hold the "Charming Keelung - Mountain and Sea Divine Chef" 2022 4th National Junior High, Elementary, and High School Culinary Competition on May 21, 2022 (Saturday) at 8:30 AM at Shenmei Elementary School, featuring a 3-dish, 1-soup culinary design. |
| 4. | We sincerely invite students and school chefs from national junior high, elementary, and high schools to participate in this creative culinary competition. There will also be a small farmer's market and cooking demonstrations on-site. We kindly request your school to encourage students, parents, teachers, and school chefs to actively register and participate. |
| 5. | Registration and event information are detailed in the implementation plan (attached), with a brief summary as follows: |

| (2) | Announcement of preliminary review results: To be announced on the Keelung City Education Department website on May 6, 2022. |
