1. In accordance with the letter from the New Taipei City Government Education Bureau dated March 16, 111 (2022), No. 1110496256.

2. Teachers wishing to transfer to New Taipei City should understand and comply with the regulations (such as the "Supplementary Principles for Weekly Teaching Hours for Junior High School Teachers in New Taipei City"), important policies (such as reading education and bilingual education), and implementation plans (such as the "New Taipei City Junior High School Teaching Normalization Inspection") of the city. To comply with the promotion of the 12-year basic education curriculum, teachers who wish to transfer with a specialization in life technology (crafts) and information technology (computer) should participate in relevant capacity-building courses within 3 years after the announcement of the 12-year basic education technology field curriculum to meet the spirit of teaching in the technology field.

3. In New Taipei City, elementary schools implement mixed-age teaching in remote areas and schools with fewer than 50 students. Workshops and related training are held each semester to enhance mixed-age teaching knowledge and skills. Additionally, the city has schools that conduct school-based experimental education, including Zhongshan Experimental Elementary School, Hou-tong Montessori Experimental Elementary School, Delanann National Experimental Elementary School, Pinglin Experimental Junior High School, and Shimen Experimental Junior High School. Gongliao Junior High School is scheduled to be reorganized into New Taipei City Gongliao Experimental Junior High School starting from the 111th academic year. Teachers who wish to transfer must align with the educational philosophy of the aforementioned schools.

4. If there are class reductions or enrollment reductions in public elementary and junior high schools (including attached kindergartens) and municipal kindergartens in New Taipei City, teachers must comply with the "Implementation Guidelines for the Guidance and Transfer of Surplus Teachers in New Taipei City Government Affiliated Elementary and Junior High Schools and Kindergartens" for surplus transfer matters.

5. Special education (for students with disabilities and gifted students) teachers applying for transfer to New Taipei City, upon successful transfer, if their formal service years in that category are less than 3 years, must undergo the city's introductory guidance for special education. Furthermore, full-time counselors applying for transfer to the city must adhere to the city's regulations upon successful transfer, dedicating themselves to student counseling and not being transferred to any other teaching positions within the school for any reason.
