For your information, regarding matters that teachers who wish to apply for inter-district transfer to Taipei City for public elementary, junior high schools, and kindergartens in 111 (2022) should be aware of, teachers interested in applying for transfer are requested to carefully select their preferred schools. Please refer to the details in the explanation.

Explanation:
1. In accordance with the letter from the Department of Education, Taipei City Government, No. Bei Shi Jiao Ren Zi Di 11130273792, dated March 11, 111 (2022).

2. Full-time counselors and counselors in Taipei City junior high schools who have completed three years of service in their current positions and have obtained the consent of the school's Teacher Review Committee are permitted to transfer.

3. Taipei City's experimental schools include Fanghe Experimental Junior High School, Minzu Experimental Junior High School, Binjiang Experimental Junior High School, Heping Elementary School, Bojia Elementary School, Xishan Elementary School, Hutian Elementary School, Quanyuan Elementary School, and Zhinan Elementary School (newly added in the 111 academic year). Teachers interested in selecting experimental schools should first understand their experimental education philosophy and unique characteristics. Teachers transferred to the aforementioned schools should cooperate with the school's relevant teacher training, curriculum planning, teaching, and daily routines. 4. Taipei City's Xing'an Elementary School, Datong Elementary School, Wenhu Elementary School, and Jingxing Elementary School are service centers for itinerant teachers. Those transferred to itinerant teacher vacancies in the aforementioned schools should cooperate in performing itinerant teacher duties, providing cross-school teaching services according to the curriculum needs of each elementary school in the city.

5. Taipei City's Yongchun Elementary School in Xinyi District and Yongji Elementary School in Xinyi District will merge into Taipei City Xinyi District Shuangyong Elementary School starting from August 1, 111 (2022).

6. Taipei City's Fanghe Experimental Junior High School houses the city's Eastern District Special Education Resource Center, which handles special education affairs for the junior high school stage in the city. The vacant positions are part of the center's itinerant counseling class establishment. Staff are required to handle administrative tasks for the resource center (including winter and summer vacations) or provide various job support as needed by the center.

7. Taipei Municipal Wenshan Special Education School houses the city's Southern District Special Education Resource Center, which handles special education affairs for the kindergarten stage in the city. The vacant positions include the center's itinerant counseling class establishment. Staff are required to carry out kindergarten itinerant counseling work or handle administrative tasks for the resource center (including winter and summer vacations) and provide various job support as needed by the center.

8. Taipei Municipal Taipei Special Education School houses the city's Northern District Special Education Resource Center. The vacant positions include the center's home-based education teacher establishment, with the following job responsibilities:
(1) Assist the student's registered school in formulating, reviewing, and revising individualized education plans for case-managed students.
(2) Design adaptive teaching, life skills training, and counseling programs based on individualized education plans, and integrate relevant personnel and resources to ensure effective implementation.
(3) Establish counseling schedules for case-managed students, ensure home visits for implementation, and manage the execution of the aforementioned programs.
(4) Record the implementation of itinerant counseling and establish and manage counseling service plans for case-managed students.
(5) Conduct regular assessments and evaluate the appropriateness of student placement.
(6) Inform and assist parents in applying for educational subsidies, relevant professional services, educational assistive devices, and social welfare subsidies, among other related services.
(7) Provide educational, welfare, medical, and other information and consultation services to support students' families.
(8) Regularly communicate with personnel from the student's registered school, report on the student's current situation, and provide suggestions or consultations as needed.
(9) Undertake administrative work as required by the center's operations.
