| 1. | In accordance with the "2022 Taoyuan City Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition Implementation Rules." |
| 2. | This event will be held in two stages: preliminary and final, as follows: |
| (1) | Preliminary round: |
| 1. | Registration method: From now until Friday, April 8, 2022, please mail the preliminary round works along with the registration form (Attachment 1) to the Academic Affairs Office of Dazhong Elementary School, Bade District, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 18, Zhongcheng Street, Bade District, Taoyuan City, 33462). The electronic file of the group registration form (Attachment 2) should be sent to the email address of Mr. Chen Zhenghong, Academic Affairs Office (family1138@djes.tyc.edu.tw). Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| 2. | The list of participants advancing to the finals will be announced on the "2022 Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition" section of the Dazhong Elementary School homepage before Friday, April 15, 2022. |
| (2) | Final round: On-site competition will be held at Dazhong Elementary School on the morning of Saturday, May 14, 2022. |
| (3) | Award ceremony: The award ceremony will be held at the activity center of Dazhong Elementary School on the morning of Saturday, May 28, 2022. |
| 3. | The Bureau agrees that the staff and instructors involved in this case will be granted official (business) leave on the day of the finals and award ceremony, and may make up for the leave within one year. |
