| 1. | Based on the 111th year Taoyuan City Hakka Language Proficiency Certification Group Registration Incentive Plan. |
| 2. | This plan is divided into seven groups: first-level agencies of the city government, other agencies of the city government, universities, elementary and secondary schools, farmers' and fishermen's associations, villages, and private organizations. Two incentive mechanisms are planned: "Registration and Certification Number Competition" and "Pass Rate Competition." The awards are planned as follows: |
| (1) | Registration and Certification Number Competition: |
| 1. | The first prize will receive a NT$8,000 gift certificate and a certificate of commendation. |
| 2. | The second prize will receive a NT$7,000 gift certificate and a certificate of commendation. |
| 3. | The third prize will receive a NT$6,000 gift certificate and a certificate of commendation. |
| (2) | Pass Rate Competition: For groups where the pass rate of Hakka language certification registration reaches 60% (inclusive) for each level, the top three groups will each receive a NT$10,000 gift certificate and a certificate of commendation. |
| 3. | Each unit is limited to registering one group, and each group must have at least 15 participants. Additionally, each person is limited to participating in one group, and the examination location is limited to the Taoyuan examination center. |
