| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Jiao Zong (II) Zi Di 1112100169B dated March 16, 2022. |
| 2. | The aforementioned program is summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Eligibility: |
| 1. | Groups: Groups (excluding schools at all levels and government agencies/organizations) that have made significant contributions to the promotion, implementation, or sponsorship of ocean education. This includes legally established (or registered) associations, corporations, enterprises, or businesses. |
| 2. | Individuals: Individuals who have made significant contributions to the promotion, implementation, or sponsorship of ocean education. |
| 3. | Local Governments: Municipalities and county/city governments that have achieved outstanding results in promoting ocean education. |
| 4. | Curriculum and Teaching Teams: Teacher teams in senior high schools and below that have demonstrated innovative features in implementing ocean education. |
| (2) | Each recommending unit should provide specific achievements of the recommended groups or individuals and supporting documentation. Recommendations should be submitted in writing to this bureau. The recommendation process is as follows: |
| 1. | Each recommending unit shall submit the recommendation form (as detailed in the attachment), along with relevant supporting documents and evidence, and one copy of the electronic data on a CD, to the bureau before the deadline specified in the aforementioned letter. |
| 2. | Applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria, are submitted late (postmark date as proof), or are incomplete will not be accepted. |
