111Academic Year 111 Gifted New Student Bridging Training Course

Attention parents and students who have "passed" the preliminary selection of the 111 academic year's gifted identification:

The gifted identification schedule has changed starting this year. The re-selection identification will be held on April 30th and May 1st. To clearly understand the number of students and group arrangements for the bridging course, please parents assist in filling out this form to facilitate subsequent administrative work. Thank you for your help!

1. Eligibility

(1) 7th-grade new students within our school district

(2) 7th-grade new students outside our school district who wish to enroll in our school and are interested in participatingin the new student bridging course

(1)April16thMorning: Physics and Chemistry Bridging Course Afternoon: Mathematics Bridging Course Second Floor, Science Building

(2)April17thFull Day: English Bridging Course Third Floor, Xinyi Building

(3)April23rdMorning: English Bridging Course Afternoon: Biology Bridging Course Xinyi Building, Science Building

3. Please upload byApril 6th to April 13th. Required documents include:

(3)Student's Graduating School

(4)Contact Phone Number

(5)Gifted Category Passed (Check)

(6)Upload the "Gifted Identification Preliminary Selection Result Notice" showing "Passed"
