| 1. | In accordance with the Hualien County Government's official letter dated March 29, 111 (Ref: 1110063542B). |
| 2. | To enable students to possess not only the core academic abilities of knowledge, comprehension, and analysis, but also the core competencies of synthesis, presentation, sharing, and collaboration, and to become local cultural research action researchers, the Hualien County Government is organizing the aforementioned competition. Relevant information is as follows: |
| (1) | Competition Briefing Session: April 27, 111 (Wednesday). |
| (2) | Registration Period: From May 1, 111 (Sunday) to September 30, 111 (Friday) at 12:00 PM. Online registration is available on the competition website. |
| (3) | Registration Website: https://student.hlc.edu.tw. |
| (4) | Participants: National primary and secondary school students (based on the 111th academic year enrollment). |
