| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") letter dated March 30, 111 (Tai Jiao Guo Shu Guo Zi No. 1110035541). |
| 2. | To enhance the English speaking abilities of elementary and junior high school students nationwide, the Administration has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to build the "Cool English Online Learning Platform" (Cool English). This platform includes a "Speech Recognition" section, offering question types such as conversational Q&A, basic pronunciation practice, and phrase practice. It aims to help students develop a solid foundation in English conversation by speaking English in a fun and engaging way. The competition questions are derived from the "100 Common English Sentences" section of the platform. We encourage elementary and junior high school students nationwide to continue using the speaking section materials on this website to improve their English speaking skills and to actively register for the aforementioned competition. |
| 3. | The event period is from April 18, 111 (00:00) to May 18, 111 (23:59). The competition operates on a "register first, then answer" basis. Participants must accurately complete the registration form before they can access the answering section to participate. |
| 4. | The target audience includes students in grades 3 to 6 of public and private elementary schools nationwide (Elementary School Group) and students in grades 7 to 9 of junior high schools (Junior High School Group). For detailed information, please refer to the competition guidelines. |
